Job summary

GritR Sports in North Richland Hills is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead for evening operations. In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of inventory and outbound processes while leading a team to meet daily operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Full proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist evening Inventory and Outbound operations, ensuring daily objectives.
• Apply expert knowledge of packing and shipping processes.
• Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics.
• Serve as the liaison between Supervisor and team members.
• Maintain and update SOPs.
• Lead the training and integration of new hires.
• Ensure Receiving Dock and Transit bins are cleared nightly.
• Delegate workload for Outbound/Inventory effectively.
