Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Warehouse DC Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise clerks, forklift drivers, and related staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff, oversee process adherence, and participate in hiring decisions while promoting company values.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED; PIT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience supervising or leading people in a warehouse environment.
• PIT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, successful completion of operations.
• Oversee training of warehouse personnel and ensure processes are followed.
• Conduct interviews and hiring decisions for hourly teammates; document performance discussions.
• Communicate with other departments on process improvements and safety topics.
• Model and promote safety culture and 100% policy compliance.
