Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to prioritize.
• Experience managing budgets and reading P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create and balance daily bank deposits; maintain daily work logs.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Lead safety meetings and manage site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts; interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing and payroll records.
