IKEA is seeking a full-time warehouse coworker in this Maryland DC operations role. You will handle picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and storing with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30 kgs ergonomically.
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of goods.
• Unload inbound/outbound goods and secure merchandise for safe movement.
• Contribute to daily workload planning to meet volume and seasonal needs.
• Document damages on inbound/outbound merchandise.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
