Job summary

Penske Logistics is hiring a warehouse associate in the Dayton area of New Jersey. The role emphasizes accurate staging, loading/unloading, and inventory control while maintaining safety standards in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

The candidate should be safety-conscious, customer-service oriented, and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred, with availability for the 3:30 pm–12:00 am schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow instructions.
• Strong reading and numerical skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Flexible to work overtime and different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Sorts and places parts in racks or designated areas.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Read production/shipping orders to determine items to move.
• Maintain inventory records and operate warehouse equipment where applicable.
