Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Second Shift Safety Coordinator to support safety programs at the Goodyear site. The role involves coordinating safety training, maintaining records, and promoting safe work practices for warehouse teams on a Monday-Thursday shift with a 3:30pm-2:00am schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update the safety board daily, weekly and monthly.
• Print and post Pre-Shift Notes weekly.
• Post BLS data and safety recap weekly.
• Track and report all safety numbers for weekly safety call.
• Facilitate monthly audits on fire extinguishers and facility inspections.
• Send the daily “Days Safe” email.
• Lead the safety committee and document minutes.
• Track and reward safety winners.
• Collect hearing conversation logs weekly and file.
• Ensure safety posters are updated around the facility.
