Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (6:50am–2:50pm), Monday through Friday, to lead workflow, train associates, and support the Supervisor in maintaining production efficiency and safety. The role requires 6–12 months of warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift training within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience required.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility.
• Train associates, monitor production, provide feedback, and assist the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
