Accelera is seeking a focused Warehouse Sorter / Receiver to support our 2nd Shift operations. You will manage inbound freight, confirm shipment details against documentation, organize materials, and ensure our inventory remains precise and well-ordered.

The role demands accuracy and a commitment to safety in a high-speed warehouse. The position runs 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with a compensation of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inventory management, sorting, or receiving is a plus.
• Proficiency in interpreting shipping documents and packing lists.
• Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of working effectively both solo and as part of a group.
• Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to your work.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight from carriers and transport vehicles.
• Cross-reference items with purchase orders and shipping manifests.
• Examine deliveries to ensure quality standards and identify damaged items.
• Categorize and tag stock to place items in correct warehouse zones.
• Maintain precise inventory records with accurate counts.
• Review product details and paperwork for accuracy.
• Notify leadership about damaged items or receiving errors.
• Keep the work area tidy and safe by following procedures.
• Support packaging and order fulfillment tasks as needed.
