Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Receiver in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to coordinate shipping and warehouse activities for on-time delivery. The role covers stocking, order sorting by ship date, and coordinating with departments to ensure shipments meet customer requirements.

Forklift-certified candidates are preferred for pallet movement and loading, with a 2:30 pm–11:00 pm schedule. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with company match, ESPP, disability and life insurance, paid time

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required; previous experience preferred.
• Ability to move pallets, load trucks and move items safely.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning devices.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and handling raw materials, components, and finished goods in warehouse.
• Gather, review, and sort daily orders by ship date.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure orders ship on time.
• Match products and customer orders for correct quantities and labeling.
• Prepare UPS/FedEx shipments per customer requirements.
