Job summary

Preform Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator to join our Sioux Falls facility. You will move products between our main plant and offsite warehouse, loading trucks and ensuring accuracy with purchase orders.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 10:30am–7pm, with overtime potential. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, sit-down forklift experience, and comfort using mobile tech for inventory tracking. We offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in warehousing, production, material handling, or shipping/receiving preferred.
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to climb on and off forklift steps frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Comfortable using mobile phone technology for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to good attendance.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Shipping Lead to prioritize and coordinate truck loading schedules.
• Verify products and quantities against purchase orders before loading.
• Scan boxes in and out of inventory using company-provided mobile technology for accurate tracking.
• Complete all required shipping and receiving paperwork accurately.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Transport boxes and materials between the main facility and offsite warehouse as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator to join our team. Compensation

$23.00 per hour starting rate. Overtime may be available depending on workload.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm with possibility of overtime depending on workload
