Relogistics is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a warehouse crew, oversee production, efficiencies, and employee development at Midway, GA. The role serves as On-Site Manager in the manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.

The position offers hourly pay of $21.50, with Tuesday–Friday, 4:00pm–2:00am shifts, and opportunities for career advancement, paid time off, benefits, and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of applicable experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics; 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to write reports and procedural instructions.
• Ability to interpret varied written, oral, or scheduled instructions.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Forklift and sort machine certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift activities and communicate expectations to staff.
• Ensure safety standards and a safe working environment.
• Lead start-up safety meetings and set performance expectations.
• Complete daily production paperwork accurately.
• Load/unload materials from trailers and move pallets as needed.
• Maintain inventory integrity and secure loads.
• Perform equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Evaluate products for quality conformance.
• Assist forklift drivers and coordinate material flow for efficiency.
