Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a Production Associate Warehousing (2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:00pm) to support warehousing, shipping/receiving, and daily production needs. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and lean practices while ensuring timely component handling and orderly material flow.

You will operate PIVs if trained, use RF scanners, and manage labeling for shipments. A high school diploma is required, with prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience including inventory control, shipping/receiving, labeling, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of functions in support of single purpose machine operation, basic facility/machine maintenance and shipping/receiving duties.
• Operate all forms of PIV’s (if trained and certified) or hand truck as required.
• Performs duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Responsible for quality of own work.
• Prepare and ship components to vendors and customers as needed to support production and success of the company.
• Receive items (product, and other deliveries) from vendors as they arrive.
• Pick and process all orders including labeling for standard and Automotive shipments, Use of scanners and light computer skills.
• Requires PIV lift heights up to 25 feet and lifting to stack and package product.
• Must be able to work overtime if needed.
