Job summary

Moore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced mail production operations. You will manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, helping ensure on-time shipments and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include forklift-driven loading, inventory checks, and coordinating with production teams. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekends during peak periods, and a HS diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate equipment safely.
• Basic reading of work orders and inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Store and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pull and stage paper, envelopes, inserts, and supplies for production.
• Deliver materials to production departments per schedules.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with palletizing and labeling.
• Assist with USPS mail preparation and mail transportation.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe environment.
