Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to support timely and accurate fulfillment of retail store orders. You will locate, select, and prepare products for shipment, staging pallets for loading in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires working evenings (4:00 pm–1:00 am, 4:30 pm–1:30 am, or 6:30 pm–3:30 am), reading order sheets, and headset communication. Candidates must read English, have basic math skills, and maintain high accuracy while multitasking.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret order sheet.
• Able to hear an order from a headset.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized pallet jack and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently in the process of order fulfillment.
• Pick cases (up to 50 pounds) from warehouse locations as indicated on an order sheet or from a headset; arrange items on a pallet and stage the pallet for loading or place items on a conveyor belt.
• Maintain a level of work productivity as established by warehouse management.
• Keep work area clear of debris, spills, or unsanitary conditions to promote a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned
