Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Chandler, AZ distribution center. You will safely operate powered industrial equipment, pick, sort, stage, and transport products, and use RF scanners and voice systems to support inventory accuracy.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and PIT training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime as needed by business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems for daily tasks.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets and containers to maintain inventory accuracy.
