Job summary

PL Developments, a leading pharmaceutical products manufacturer and distributor, is hiring a Warehouse Operator I in Lynwood, CA. You will perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily productivity targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–9:30 pm, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• 0-2 years warehouse experience.
• Basic Math and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a handheld according to WMS to perform sales order picking, work order picking, and receiving tasks.
• Complete shipping tasks such as replenishment and loading of pallets.
• Complete receiving tasks including unloading, cycle counts, and putaways.
• Verify work accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Report damage or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
• Follow safety procedures and cGMP guidelines and SOPs/WIs.
• Ensure forklift safety inspections are completed before operation.
• Keep the work area clean and inspection-ready.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
