Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Roanoke, TX. You will coordinate daily distribution center activities and supervise staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, stocking, and material handling.

The role requires organizing work schedules and responding to labor needs while maintaining safety standards. You will manage payroll in the timekeeping system, interview and train new teammates, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervise staff and direct work for order fulfillment, inventory, stocking, and material handling.
• Prepare work schedules and adjust for labor needs.
• Manage labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system.
• Interview and train prospective and new team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and ISO9002 procedures.
• Prepare reports for leadership.
