Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Coppell, TX. The role supervises 20+ staff and coordinates inventory, receiving, storage, and shipping operations. Shift is 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday-Friday, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer metric adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse operations and supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet metrics.
• Manage payroll for department and staffing.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and trainings conducted.
