Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Crown Point, Indiana for an evening shift. You will verify incoming materials in Oracle, process transactions, and maintain accurate records to support inventory control.

You will monitor system updates, conduct stock checks, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvements using Plan-Do-Check-Act. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in warehousing, Oracle/MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical, customer-focused skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: 1+ year in materials or warehouse role.
• Project Management: Handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Software: Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with data gathering and documentation.
• Customer Focus: Experience resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
• Process raw material receipts and ensure documents meet commercial requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in materials.
• Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports and ensure system accuracy.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using PDCA.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with customs compliance.
• Manage raw material transactions including returns, exchanges and transfers.
