• Plan labor needs based on forecasts and input from management; meet KPIs.

Looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead 2nd Shift operations at a Fort Worth D2C warehouse.Schedule: Sunday-WednesdayStart Time: 5:00 PMEnd Time: Approximately 5:30-6:30 AMWe're seeking a hands-on leader with a strong operational presence who can effectively lead the evening team, drive performance, and make sound decisions independently. This person will be the only manager onsite during the evening shift, making strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential.Manage the warehouse's operational activities including budgeting, labor scheduling, space and equipment, safety and security, housekeeping, and sanitation.
