Richemont in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Ecommerce division on an evening shift. You will oversee inbound/outbound, returns, ecommerce, and spare parts, aligning labor to metrics and guiding a team.

The role emphasizes safety, training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced DC environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma, leadership experience, SAP/EWM familiarity, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP reporting tools.
• Fluent professional English communication, both written and spoken.
• Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma process improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign daily work to meet demands using established targets.
• Analyze data from dashboards, forecasts, and budgets to drive actions.
• Improve productivity and quality; apply corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and supervise process quality controls and standard procedures.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with PPE and housekeeping rules.
• Provide training and guidance to develop team members and engagement.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead root cause analysis.
• Manage details, handle complex tasks, and champion problem solving.
• Assist in annual associate performance evaluations; coach staff to policy.
