Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a warehouse specialist to receive, store, pick, pack and ship goods with attention to detail. You will maintain accurate documentation and work within ERP to ensure inventory integrity and compliance with cgMP/ISO standards.

The role involves 2pm–10pm shifts with overtime during peak periods. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of shipping/receiving experience, plus basic computer skills and strong interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Performs shipping, receiving, material supply and inventory control duties.
• Pick items with attention to detail and verify against packing lists.
• Receive, store and locate all incoming materials.
• Prepare related documentation and enter data into ERP systems.
• Operate material handling equipment and support overtime during peak periods.
