Job summary

Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Manager, Off-Shift, to lead 2nd and 3rd shift warehouse operations. This role supervises a small team, ensures accurate inbound/outbound processes, and maintains strict safety and quality standards within cGMP guidelines.

You will coordinate with planning, vendors, and internal customers, drive efficiency, and support site inspections while upholding regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ years in a warehouse or manufacturing ops role and supervisory experience.
• APICS certification is an asset.
• Experience in regulated/pharma environments and SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily end-to-end warehouse operations and material movement per cGMP/SOPs.
• Direct supervision of internal team members (~8ppl) including training and onboarding.
• Promote and support a strong Safety Culture across the site and team.
• Verify inbound shipments against documents; resolve discrepancies in SAP S4/HANA.
• Manage end-to-end inventory control including cycle counts and transactions.
• Coordinate site order fulfilment with customers, planning, and vendors.
• Supervise material disposal and hazardous waste documentation, safe handling.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers for transfers and inspections; drive process improvements.
