Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Omaha, NE seeks a Loader, Non-Formula to support our warehouse distribution. You will transport items into trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts or by hand, preparing pallets for shipment and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process.

The role requires attention to safety, multi-temperature handling, and the ability to lift light to heavy loads. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift repeatedly, up to 90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand per plan.
• Move outgoing products from staging to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets, secure loads, ensure shipping labels are in place.
• Locate proper trailer slots and secure loads when complete.
• Remove empty pallets and packing materials to proper areas.
• Inspect pallets for damage and move to storage as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
