Ferraro Foods of North Carolina, LLC in Mebane, NC is hiring a Warehouse Loader – Multi-Function on a full-time basis. The role involves selecting and packing products, building pallets, and operating a stand-up electric pallet jack to move orders to the staging area.

The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM to finish, with pay $20.00/hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb and perform physical warehouse work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to communicate effectively with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and separate products by customer account and stop number using labels.
• Match product descriptions to order labels to ensure accuracy.
• Build pallets according to delivery requirements.
• Operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move orders to the staging area.
• Support loading, staging, and other warehouse functions as needed.
• Maintain productivity standards while minimizing errors.
• Return completed selecting documents to the appropriate collection area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain safe practices.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as needed.
