Job summary

Ferraro Foods is seeking a dependable Warehouse Loader – Multi-Function to support multiple warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment. You will select and separate products by customer account and stop number, match product descriptions to order labels, and build pallets according to customer and delivery requirements.

You will operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move completed orders to the staging area and support loading, staging, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or stock pickers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select and separate products by customer account and stop number using computer-generated labels
• Match product descriptions to order labels to help ensure accuracy
• Build pallets according to customer and delivery requirements
• Operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move completed orders to the appropriate staging area
• Support loading, staging, and other warehouse functions as needed
• Maintain productivity standards while minimizing errors
• Return completed selecting documents to the appropriate collection area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain safe work practices
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as needed
