Job summary

Ferraro Foods is seeking a Warehouse Loader – Multi-Function in Mebane, NC, on a Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM to Finish shift. This full-time role supports multiple warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment and offers pay up to $20.00 per hour plus benefits.

You will select and separate products, match descriptions to labels, build pallets, operate a stand-up electric pallet jack, and assist with loading, staging, and safety procedures, while maintaining accuracy and attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Effective communication with team members and management.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe working practices.
• Able to lift, carry, and move up to 80 lbs.
• Stand, walk, climb, and perform physical warehouse work.
• Six months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment preferred.

Salary Range: $18.50 To $20.00 Hourly

At Ferraro Foods, our warehouse team plays an important role in making sure customer orders are prepared accurately and ready for delivery. We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Loader – Multi-Function team member who can support multiple warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Select and separate products by customer account and stop number using computer-generated labels
• Match product descriptions to order labels to help ensure accuracy
• Build pallets according to customer and delivery requirements
• Operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move completed orders to the appropriate staging area
• Support loading, staging, and other warehouse functions as needed
• Maintain productivity standards while minimizing errors
• Return completed selecting documents to the appropriate collection area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain safe work practices
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as needed
