Drive DeVilbiss is seeking a Loader to ensure the right products are loaded onto carriers on time and undamaged. You will handle durable medical goods from canes to wheelchairs, homecare beds, and respiratory items, contributing to safety, quality, and service metrics.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with shift hours Monday–Friday 1:30 pm–10:00 pm. Starting rate is $23.25/hour with a $0.75 shift differential. Training and a team‑oriented environment are provided.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and RF scanners.

Mansioni

• Accurately loads trailers with customer orders.
• Adheres to daily trailer and equipment checklists.
• Operates electric pallet jack or pacer to move product to/load trailers and organize dock area.
• Transport freight to/from storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
• Use equipment to wrap and secure product to pallets.
• Record pallet counts using load manifests and ensure accurate trailer loading.
• Maintain accuracy of loading with correct Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Verify orders are complete prior to shipping.
• Communicate truck status with supervisors and coordinators.
• Develop and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
