Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Loader (Loader Formula) at our Glen Allen, VA location. You will transport items into trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks, secure loads, and maintain orderly staging areas.

This role requires attention to safety, efficiency, and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will work 3pm until completed from Sunday to Thursday, with some Fridays rotating.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transports items to be shipped into the trailer using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Locate proper trailer slots and secure loads.
• Remove empty pallets and ensure area is clean and organized.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
