Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate receiving and preparation of shipments. You will operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and perform receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping with safety and quality in mind.

This 2nd shift role starts at 5:00pm with pay of $20.75 per hour, weekend premiums, and a 7 pm shift differential. After a 60-day probation, pay rises to $23.25 per hour, with freezer differential of $3.00 and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment is preferred.
• At least one year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship shipments with focus on safety and accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory.
• Maintain production standards and minimize errors while maximizing efficiency.
