Job summary

Lineage is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Quincy, MA to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves planning, assigning, and directing tasks to ensure safety, quality and productivity, while coordinating with Traffic and Customer Service.

The candidate should have 3 years in warehouse/logistics, be able to lift 40 lbs, and accept a flexible shift including weekends. Lineage offers full benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Comfortable with temperature ranges from -20F to 100F in storage sites.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action promptly.
• Manage warehouse associate duties including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily equipment and trailer inspections.
• Check shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse staff.
