Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach associates.
• Basic problem-solving skills to identify root cause and propose solutions.
• Ability to coach and direct associates per policies to maximize performance.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Experience using RF devices.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Experience with Crown equipment preferred.
