Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow of the department.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Train and motivate subordinates to improve current performance.
• Cultivate continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and reduce costs while championing related initiatives.
• Work with team to keep the department clean, organized, safe and secure.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safety gear.
