Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator at our Bloomingdale, IL facility to support day-to-day warehouse operations and maintain excellent customer service. The role covers general warehouse duties and equipment operation, with a shift from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Candidates should have 0–3 years in warehouse or logistics, be able to train others, and demonstrate safety awareness with PPE.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to train others.
• Proficient in multiple core warehouse functions.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow of the department.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly department goals.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Train and motivate staff to improve performance.
• Improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage.
