Job summary

Proof of the Pudding seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate day-end off-premise catering events. The PM shift will oversee unloading event box trucks, lead the evening team, and close down the facilities and trucks, typically working late afternoon to ~12am–2am.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong inventory control, and robust safety practices. This role operates from our Atlanta office in West Midtown and supports fleet management and staff training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse lead experience; food service or catering warehouse preferred.
• PM shift availability; late afternoon to final truck return (~12am–2am).
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability/DOT cert and box truck driving.
• Experience operating common warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse staff: Event Day Packers, Warehouse Associates, and Event Stewards.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Unpack and organize equipment returned to warehouse.
• Assist Warehouse GM with monthly inventory.
• Close facility, ensure all access points and vehicles are locked, and morning events ready to load.
