Job summary

Staples is seeking a warehouse associate to support two operating areas, Inventory Control and Warehouse Clerk. You will move products using forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks while following safety procedures.

The role may transition between SC1/SC2 as needed, contributing to Staples Supply Chain’s reliability and efficiency. You’ll engage in inventory reconciliation, effective communication with teammates, and basic computer use including Windows, Word, Outlook, and

Qualifications

• Drug screen required where legally permissible.
• Full-time associates may work overtime based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet as needed.
• Lift/push/pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite work shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse.
• Operate material handling equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory records and address shortages.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
• Move product using forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks.
