Job summary

Staples is seeking a SC3 warehouse associate to support inventory control and warehouse clerk duties. Shift is 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday, with possible movement to SC1/SC2 as needed to meet business needs.

You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks while following strict safety procedures to move product within the warehouse. You will work with a team to review inventory, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate product handling.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs for Full-Time associates.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Must lift/push/pull 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite work shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1+ year of warehouse experience; MHE certification eligibility; inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records in Inventory Control.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks per safety rules.
• Confirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies in Warehouse Clerk role.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts to clarify issues and coordinate solutions.
