Penske Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Salt Lake City warehouse. You will respond to requests, monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules, and ensure data accuracy across Penske and customer systems.

This role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and teamwork. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:30pm with overtime as needed; pay is $21.00 per hour (base $20.00 plus $1 shift differential).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehousing/material-handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with WMS/MRP systems.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled warehouse.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and work the required schedule.
• Shift may vary based on operations.

Responsabilités

• Audit picker activity and warehouse reports; maintain files and customer service interactions.
• Handle shipping documents, office supplies, and reporting.
• Assist with orders, time in/out, and daily activity logs.
• Liaise with internal customer support.
• Data entry in WMS/MRP systems.
• Provide direction when discrepancies are found.
• Track shipments and resolve stock shortages.
• Identify cost savings opportunities for the customer.
• Coordinate with suppliers to correct issues.
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
