Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate for second shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) to process orders, maintain inventory in a WMS, and handle shipping documents. The role requires strong data entry, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Flexibility for overtime and safety-conscious performance are essential. Applicants should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift and move heavy

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English, including safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Conditional offer recipients may be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test.
