Job summary

Staples is hiring for a SC2 associate to support our warehouse operations in Coppell, TX. You may be assigned to Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping, with opportunities to move between roles as needed.

You must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and related equipment safely. The role requires basic English, 18+ years old, and the ability to lift 70–100 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
If hired as a Full-Time associate, you must be able to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift.
Ability to ascend to heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
Must wear safety composite shoes.
Must be able to walk and stand 100% of the time.
You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products up to 100 lbs.
Perform warehouse tasks across six areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping.
Maintain safety procedures and a clean, organized work area.
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and palletizing products.
Communicate effectively with team members and internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
