Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to efficiently fill orders, receive and stock materials, and support shipping activities. This role ensures safety and accuracy in all warehouse transactions and helps maintain branch facilities and equipment.

The candidate should have 2+ years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Expect a hands-on environment with opportunities to contribute across multiple warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift/hand truck/pallet jack operation certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping processes.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow SOPs/EHS rules.
• Verify quantities and descriptions against packing lists.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure correct postage/labels.
• Operate equipment as required (forklift, reach truck, wire cutter).
• Inventory counts and reconciliation, and assist with counter sales if needed.
