Job summary
United States Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Labor associate for McClellan, WV. You will prepare, pick, stack, and load product, use RF equipment and forklifts, and assist with inventory and safety procedures.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm with overtime as needed, and requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of warehouse experience (6 months on pallet jacks or powered equipment). Compensation ranges from $23–$24 per hour, with full-time status and benefits after
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
- 6 months minimum experience with pallet jacks and powered equipment.
Responsibilities
- Unload and load trailers and verify proper stacking and freight not mixed on pallets.
- Identify and recover any damaged goods per policy and report shortages/overages.
- Assist in physical inventories using scanners and rotate stock by lot numbers.
- Pull and prepare product for shipment with correct locations and lot numbers.
- Move product to railcars/trailers and assist with loading.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed and perform project labeling/stacking.
