Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Staples Promotional Products distribution center in Iowa. The role focuses on internal transfers, inventory accuracy, replenishment, scanning and packing to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

You will work a 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday shift, with competitive hourly pay and strong safety standards. The team emphasizes collaboration, reliability, and attention to detail in fast-paced logistics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of basic data entry/computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 50% of the time.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Ability to work at heights at or above 10 feet.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Transfers product within the distribution center so product can be picked efficiently.
• Completes inventory, replenishing and other duties within the distribution center as needed.
• Transfers product within programs by product rank to ensure orders can be picked efficiently.
• Completes warehouse inventories. Scans label on each box and enters correct counts into the scanner.
• Replenishes product by transferring product from bulk bins into picking bins.
• Performs shipping, picking and packing duties within the distribution center as needed.

What you’ll be doing:
