Job summary

Staples Promotional Products – a division of Staples – is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution operations in Iowa. The role involves transferring products within the distribution center, inventory replenishment, and scanning counts to ensure accurate order picking.

Pay starts at $21.25 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour second shift differential. Shift hours are 3:00pm–1:30am, Monday–Thursday, in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk 100% of the time.
• Ability to work at heights up to 10 feet.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Transfers product within the distribution center so product can be picked efficiently.
• Completes inventory, replenishing and other duties within the distribution center as needed.
• Transfers product within programs by product rank to ensure orders can be picked efficiently.
• Completes warehouse inventories. Scans label on each box and enters correct counts into the scanner.
• Replenishes product by transferring product from bulk bins into picking bins.
• Performs shipping, picking and packing duties within the distribution center as needed.
