Cardinal Health is hiring in Olive Branch, MS for a Warehouse Operations role. You will fulfill orders by picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety standards and inventory accuracy. The position may involve cross-training across warehouse areas and driving material handling equipment as required.

The role requires physical capability, ability to follow procedures, and basic tech familiarity; a HS diploma is preferred and benefits include comprehensive coverage and HR programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights 20–30 ft.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Material Handling Equipment experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow processes to fulfill orders: pick, QC, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control for a safe, clean environment.
• Willingness to train and certify driving material handling equipment.
