Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Medley, FL. You will help ensure on-time deliveries and proper product staging to support the Mattress Firm shopping experience.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient handling of goods, with a schedule including weekends. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and pay is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management to ensure task completion.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) operations and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries.
• Store all products in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
• Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork.
• Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
