Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking an Office Assistant in Medley, FL to support delivery scheduling, records management, and contractor settlements. You will handle manifests, training, and safety compliance while communicating professionally with teammates and partners.

Requires 1+ year of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems is preferred; weekend availability is a plus with base hourly pay in a competitive range and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadlines.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications by due date.
• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Follow company policies and maintain brand representation.
