Mattress Firm is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory. You will communicate with colleagues and customers, follow safety policies, and contribute to high-quality order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, staging deliveries, inspecting products, and assisting in customer pickups. Training and growth opportunities are provided with benefits and on-time wage payment.

• Assist in customer pickups and provide exceptional service.
• Operate order pickers and warehouse equipment; follow safety policies.
