Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a warehouse associate in Odenton, MD, with open weekend/holiday availability. You'll load/unload deliveries, stage shipments, rotate inventory, inspect items for damage, and keep the stock area clean and organized.

This on-site role requires physical effort including lifting up to 100 pounds and operating order pickers. Compensation ranges are competitive with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Must have open availability and work on weekends/holidays and able to lift +100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store all products in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
