Job summary

rdscareers in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center. You will read tickets, move products, and operate pallet jacks while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Pay: $19.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift. Use WMS and RF scanners to fulfill orders and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

• One year warehouse/material handler experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Must be able to read labels, tickets and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Move product by hand or with pallet jack.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Utilize WMS, RF devices, and voice-directed picking.
• Support other production areas as needed.
